Several of our on-going clients request us to develop half or one-day workshops for large groups of employees who have been identified as "Key Talents" or who have just been promoted. The topic is usually provided by the client and our challenge is to then create a curriculum that, despite the large numbers attending, is interactive and engaging. We try to avoid Powerpoint wherever possible and usually end up developing bespoke exercises for each group. Recent topics we have delivered include:
