Opening the Lines of Communication: Building New TeamsFollowing the appointment of a new MD, we were asked to develop a bespoke teambuilding event aimed at generating open discussion and building a new spirit of cooperation in the small workforce that had developed some unhealthy rivalries and poor communication habits. This teambuilding preceded the presentation of the new organisational structure and was followed by a whiteboard session, examining the benefits and challenges of change, and the most constructive ways of selling and implementing the changes.
